We've been talking with Nathan about getting him a big boy bed for a few months now. It started before his birthday. It seems to be that once you're potty trained in the Josephs house you get your big bed. Nate hit that milestone before his 3rd birthday, both for daytime and nighttime! We talked with him a lot about what kind of room he would like to have. He decided on a "space" room. We haven't gotten all of the pieces for his space room yet, but we did get the most important piece today - the bed!
Nate does have a convertible crib which started as a crib, then went to toddler bed, and is now a full size bed! We hit up some of the mattress stores today since many of them were running Labor Day sales. We ended up finding our winner mattress and box spring at WGR furniture. Daddy was wonderful and put together the full bed frame tonight.
