Fun pictures from December!
Little Michael got to hang out with Aunt Cole one day while his mom was at work. He decided that he would take control of the remote and pick our next show! (14 months old, folks!)
Nate came down with a bug early in the month. He cozied up on the couch under the blanket while the dogs took their posts next to him! What a bunch of bums!
We made a stop in Janesville one weekend for the kids to see Santa. He gave them some cute elf hats!
How neat is this - one morning when the kids had a 2 hour delay our doorbell rang and our neighbor handed us some fresh cinnamon buns!!
On December 8th we went to our second Packer Game in a week! We're so spoiled! These seats were offered to us by our friends Melissa and Mike! We had a great time hanging out with them while sitting in actual SEATS near the HEATED bathrooms! :) It was snowing that night too!! So neat!
Check our our cool new jerseys!
Best part was it was a PACKER WIN! :)
Wednesday December 10th was Gingerbread House Day for the 4Kers. I was able to come help out. I had so much fun watching the kiddos decorate their houses.
Nate was hard at work trying to spread the frosting!
Nate went over to help his buddy work on his A-Frame!
Finished product!
Me and my little man!! It was such a great morning!
Nate and I were on our way home from picking him up at 4K the morning of December 11th. All of a sudden we had FOUR deer run right across the road in front of us. They stopped in the field across the street for a snack. Nate was convinced they were Santa's reindeer. I thought they might be checking out the landing situation for Christmas Eve!
Saturday, December 13th was a busy day that started with Madeline's first swim meet. As soon as she was done we busted out of the YMCA and headed home to shower so that we could go to Brunch With Santa at St. Victor's. We made it with plenty of time.
The brunch was good. There were french toast sticks, sausage links and orange slices.
After we were done eating we got in line to see Santa. We found that Madeline was on the NICE list. (Just above Jack - on the upper portion of the list)
The kids got to take a picture with the big guy:
They also left him a note with their Christmas wishes. This is when Mads added on that she wanted some socks.
Burrito Nate watching a Packer Game!
December was a fun month - lots of nice, decent weather to get things done. We'll see what January has in store for us! :)
