More of January - including Mads' dentist appointment!

Lots of extras from January for you!!

The kids and I have found a nice routine here in Monroe.  There's no TV or iPads during the day.  The only TV time they have is after dinner when we cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie together.

  The kids found that the new carpet in the living room and lack of furniture made it a perfect place for "carpet angels!"

During the deep freeze "Polar Vortex" school was canceled for two days.  When we were playing Memory the kids found a quick way to make matches - put Nate underneath the glass top table and have him point at the matches!  Genius!  

Look closely - Lily found the other doggie in the house!  (That's her reflection in the mirror!)

On Monday, Jan 13th - Michael came over to hang out with us.  We had a super fun day - look at this adorable little stinker!

Mads decided she wanted to watch the movie on night on her bike.  Do you think she loves her new gift?

 I got to start my day at Mr. Nathan's Spa one morning!  :)

January 17th was Lily's birthday!  TEN PAWS!  :)

We visited Green Bay on Jan 18th.  Nate fell asleep at dinner!  Almost landed in the cheese curds!

Mads got a bracelet loom for her birthday.  She LOVES using it.  She can whip out a bracelet in no time flat - especially when she sticks her tongue out!  :)

Mads had her annual trip to the dentist on Jan 29th.  

Here she is ready to rock and roll:

 She had x-rays done for the first time.  We were able to see her six year molars getting ready to break thru the surface of her gums.  The dentist said they'd probably appear in roughly six months.

 What a great little patient!
