Sunday was our beautiful Amelia's seven month birthday. How these months have gone by so quickly, I don't understand. Seven months hit differently, we've crossed the hurdle of the half-year mark. How is it possible that she's closer to a year gone from our life? It seems as if before the six month mark it was still a "new" loss and now after the six month mark it's a loss we're just "dealing" with.
Amelia is such a blessing to our family and we love her so much.

We weren't able to remove the Christmas tree since we used stakes to secure it (that was before the polar vortex and all the snow!! It's definitely not going anywhere now!) But we did remove her Christmas stocking and place some Valentine's decor for our sweet girl. Looks like February is the Pink Month of Mia! :)
